Description

Located on a quite street in the center of the city, this hotel shares the building with a movie theater and the new Casino Zaragoza, which occupies the former auditorium. Modern and stylish, the interior decoration was developed by the studio of Pascua Ortega, with its marked seal of the local tradition. Therefore, customary artistic elements from Aragon are combined with the fashonable minimalist tendencies; take for example the furniture displayed in the Ducal rooms, which have a modern style but are handcrafted by local cabinetmakers. Carefully selected contemporary prints and paintings, as well a collection of 11th century prints, are brought together in these space, creating an eclectic and refined ambiance. The hotel is frequented by many clients on business, and offers a Buisness Center singular in its size and aesthetic that provides a conference room that may be paneled measuring 900 square feet and an auditorium. Guests will also find in the hotel saunas and little spot for an aperitif or taste of wine at their Tabernita del Aragonia, formally known as the El Colmado.

EATING:

The restaurant Aragonia Paradís, located in the hotel atrium, offers recipes that reflect renewed Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by fine wines.

Coso Street to the Puente del Pilar. Plaza de España and Plaza del Pilar. Nuestra Señora del Pilar, began in 1681 and completed in the 19th century. Gothic cathedral, Seo, dedicated to San Salvador. La Lonja, Renaissance structure and the City Hall built in 1954. Puente de Piedra, to the north of Lonja, with seven 15th century arches.

Hotel Palafox is located in on a quite street in the commercial and business center of Zaragoza, near the principal recreational part of the city. It is just ten minutes from the Basílica del Pilar and a few meters from the Paseo de la Independencia, the city’s true vital center.

The establishment offers 179 room defined by three categories: Hotel, Club and Ducal.
