Located in a greatly visited area, next to the Euskalduna palace and not far from the Guggenheim museum, the hotel is a masterpiece by Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta. It exhibits interior design based on large open spaces and an atrium that is unique in the Iberian Peninsula. The minimalist style of the bar, with a backlit wall full of bottles, shares the space with the restaurant, Aizian. The rooms are spacious and linear, provided with new technologies and earthy colors and Mexican woods. The sixth floor houses a huge swimming pool half hanging from the façade.
