Lugar Pago de Sancti Espíritus s/n 47410 Olmedo /Valladolid (Castilla y León|Spain)
A bit of history, modern comfort and immersion in mineral healing waters: ingredients found outside the walls of Olmedo, on the ruins of Sancti Spiritus, a convent built in the first half of the 12th century that served as a retreat for both Santa Teresa de Jesús and Juana La Loca. Today, the ancestral mysticism gives way to other poetic solutions. The original building is accompanied by two new and well-integrated constructions; together these installations reveal a fertile accommodation in its spacious, light and simple forms. The bedrooms are deserving for their comfortable love seats, beds smooth to the touch, Internet connection and plasma screens. And in the common areas featuring a Mudejar-style patio and cloister, the resonance of the water in all its forms is heard, from the hammam baths to the indoor swimming pool in the thermo-leisure center.
