Description

From the offset, the gardened surroundings are gratifying, sensation guests feel when they are received by the wide pathway leading to the main entrance that is lined with gravel stones and flanked with palm trees. This newly constructed and rather low building is sited very near the Congress Palace, trade center and Manises Airport. Its creation is a joint initiative between the owners of Ad Hoc in Valencia and La Sucursal Restaurant. Comfortable interiors and complete installations include: pool, gym with sauna, gardens, open-air terraces and various conference and banquet halls.

EATING:

At the hotel, with chef Loles Salvador who has a long gastronomic trajectory at the restaurants Macuina and La Sucursal. Restaurant, La Sal, in the hands of Enrique Campos, offers dishes as suggestive as: Chocolate soup, Seafood tartar with celery, Snow peas in cardamom flavored seafood broth and Coca de Esclaibada .
