Carretera Tenerife 47 km 9 38687 Guía de Isora /Tenerife (Canary Islands|Spain)
Along a slope, slipping down from the peak of the Teida to the Guía de Isora, this immense hotel complex uncovered its installations, one by one, in October of 2005. The architect Melvin Villarroel developed the tectonic and organic structure that presents certain ethnic references. The magnificent polyhedron compound, constructed with earth-toned stones, encloses a luxury citadel and villas surrounded by heather and pine trees of the Canary Islands. With the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera as visual boundaries, the resort makes direct contact with the beach and white sand, and reaches out over the sea from its own pier. 160 hectors of estate offer it all: tennis club, American golf course, five thematic bars and nine restaurants. Pools, streams, graceful gardens in tune with the architecture, 100,000 trees all filled out for the hotel’s inauguration, and a spa and wellness center inspired in Out of Africa amidst a forest of palm trees.
