Plaza Jesús de la Redención 2 41003 Seville /Sevilla (Andalusia|Spain)
These houses that once belonged to the Duke of Feria, sited in the Santa Cruz neighborhood near the Capuchinos roundabout, now forms part of one of the most exclusive hotel chains in Spanish territory: Hospes. A having undergone an audacious rehabilitation, one might say that the local flair portrayed on the building’s façade has little to do with the interior spaces. Common areas, and especially the bedrooms, create a nexus between rustic and minimalist styles, between the feel of the Seville and New York City, the sun and the chill-out. And it’s quite o.k. Esparto grass rugs, wooden furnishings from Indonesia, neutral colors, vanguard paintings… Cutting-edge technologies from floor the ceiling: panoramic television, DVD, high-tech music equipment… Bathrooms exhibit beech wood paneling and translucent glass. An interior patio painted sky blue and white, with cobblestone flooring and brimming with plants couldn’t be more enticing. Several lounges offer places for resting and reading. On the rooftop deck a pool prompts a swim with fantastic views.
