Description

The San Facundo Palace stands in Plaza San Facundo at the end of San Facundo Street, half way between the aqueduct and the main square. Segovia in the palm of the your hand. This old 16th-century house has redesigned itself into an elegant and functional establishment. Upon its earth-color façade, beams connect the lintel to the cornice, very much in style of the historic center. Entering the reception area and vestibule, the hotel reveals a contemporary interior design that is simple and well integrated into the original structure. The central patio is covered by a glass dome and outfitted with black and white chairs, red couches, polished tables and round light fixtures. Here guests may chat over coffee, and enjoy breakfast or dinner. A glass elevator connects the accommodation with the rooftop garage. The bedrooms combine space and style. The bedrooms and the handsome garret rooms are coveted for their large beds and the intense color of the walls. All are equal in so far as equipment goes -except perhaps the canopy beds in the superior rooms-; alll have carpeting, a mirror, a standing lamp and a plasma screen television.
