Warm salad with lettuce and pickled partridge with duck foie vinaigrette, sausage from Navarra with fried potatoes, grilled vegetable platter with goat cheese, baked baby pork (upon request). In Riaza at the La Taurina found along the arches surrounding the main square, Plaza Mayor, 6. Tel. 921 55 01 05. Baked lamb and kid, pork chops with beans and sausage. Menu: between 21-30 €.
