Description

Wood, marble, steel and glass. Like pieces in an architectural puzzle in the taste of the best establishments in the most significant capitals in Europe. After eleven years in which no five star hotels opened in the city of Oporto, a new luxurious and transparent establishment appears in the city center, in the midst of the coming and going of the most commercial area, surrounded by centenary trees. Three panoramic elevators adorn its pure lines, materialized in the common areas, starting from the spacious lobby. A total of 266 bedrooms equipped with the latest technology provide comfort thanks to the tactful arrangement of ambient lighting from a halogen lamp hidden in the gap between the walls and the ceiling, whereas the furniture follows the most modern styles. And from modernity to geometry, the common areas maintain the pervading neutral shapes and colors, hardly disturbed by the red tapestry in the bar or occasionally coloring some decorative elements. 1000 square meters of the establishment have been dedicated to business, materialized in meeting and convention rooms and other four conference rooms enabling unrelenting work. And for the body to rest there is the Spa area, comprised by a Zen studio and indoor swimming pools within an environment full of luxury and elegance that brings us back the feeling of wood under the skin.
