Adelaida and her sons, inspired by Portugal’s rural tourism initiatives, have converted a XVII century building in to a bed and breakfast, that attracts travelers interested in magical Galician vacations. The Quiroga, Gioso, Losada and Dominguez family’s coat of arms are proudly displayed as well as knight slaying a dragon. The bedrooms are a bit lacking. The wood the chairs harmonize with the wood of it’s rooms, worthy of their ancient lineage. There is no reception counter. Outside the chestnut trees give shade to the grassy meadows, A chapel under the dedication of the Virgin of Carmen exhibits, with Episcopal privilege, a magnificent 18th century Altarpiece.
