These three qualities have transformed this gothic-renaissance building from the 16th century located in one of the most representative spots of Baeza that was former residency to the Salcedo family and the Counts of Garcíez, into an accommodation that has tastefully combined new technologies with the classic spirit of the construction. Proof of which is found in the solid carved-wood furniture, stone walls, hand crafts, wireless Internet connection and heating in each of the 30 bedrooms. The interior patio crowned by a glass dome is a place to remember; here guests may enjoy an ample menu of cafes and liquors year round. The gastronomic jewel in the area is located 300 meter from the hotel in the cloister of the old 16th-century Convent of San Francisco, the Vandelvira Restaurant serves up dishes prepared with local extra virgin olive oil.
