Carretera San Juan km 15 07840 Santa Eulària des Riu/Santa Eulalia /Ibiza (Balearic Islands|Spain)
Paradigm of the agrotourism of the interior Ibiza isle. This century-old family estate responds the local flavors of the island in its architecture and its philosophy. Stucco-covered walls and Sabina wood ceilings set in an oasis of fruits and aromas. As a whole, the hotel gives off exotic reminisces in its artful fountains with water lilies, very oriental in appearance, with a carved wooden shrine and all. The eclectic opulence of the bedrooms reflects the sum of influences in its luxurious decoration: exotic furnishings, Arab rugs and artworks collected from far and wide. Finely crafted wood is the star of the very spacious bedrooms. The intimate bathrooms are equally lavish with marble sinks and skylights. And since it could be no other way, the restaurant too departs from the ordinary, for its Mediterranean and International cuisine, its special tapas menu, but above all for its location outdoors in the garden. The oriental climax is discovered in the new spa, entailed in several shrines set around the pool; here the owners, Victor Guach and Philip Gonda, give form to the wisdom acquired from their long journeys through Bali and Thailand.
