The so-called Island of Leisure in Almuñécar feeds on modern complexes like this resort surrounded by tropical gardens, a cascade and swimming pool, ornamental fountains and archways, and domes with niches and mirrors. There are definite inherent qualities of this coastal stretch that has a singular Mediterranean microclimate. The suites are impregnated by with southern blue and gracefully delight visitors with their luminosity, good size, terraces that look out to the gardens and sea, and independent rooms for children and visitors. The common areas are spread out on the first floor and extend outside, displaying a decorative style with an oriental flare, perhaps a tad showy. Worthy of special note are the Caribbean cabins that flank the main pool, which are converted into a snack bar in the summertime. There is an excellent quality-price ratio at his hotel sited at just 800 meters from the beach.
