The Canary-style palatial building set in the middle of a golf course houses a hotel and clubhouse where golfers gather to schedule their game and store their gear. The building stands out for its typical balconies and patios brimming with palm trees and native plants, as well as its warm decorative style that agreeably combines island colors with wood, stone and terracotta. A gypsy flare is achieved in the staff uniforms, which are based on the traditional local fashions of the 18th century. The Hoyo 19 Restaurant allows guests to enjoy an extensive buffet with cold and hot dishes; while the St. Andrews Restaurant is set in a finely decorated ambiance offering an a la carte menu elaborated by chef Lerma who was trained in Arzak´s kitchen.
