Description
Built upon the foundations of an early 19th-century farm once used for drying peppers, this hotel is more modern than what is expected for these prices. The luminous play of light, glassed in corridors, wrought iron stairway and contemporary art enjoy the company of stone, wood, Spanish tiles and terracotta, so to not abruptly stray from traditional construction forms. The bedrooms don’t spare space, although they do aspire to achieve a distinguished personality. What thrives here is the perfume of mimosas and strawberry trees, the lull of the water in the pool with oriental airs, and majestic sight of Gredos in the distance. The Boyal meadowlands around the hotel are deserving of an excursion.
